Order Policy & Warranty Statement

A. Splices

Log Rolls can contain 1 (one) splice which is within the industry standards.

B. Product Damage during Shipment

If your products are damaged during transit, you may take delivery of the products or refuse the damaged products. If you take delivery of the damaged products, please sign the delivery receipt marking the box, “damaged” and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt. Failure to do so may result in return shipping cost. It is imperative that you take pictures of the packaging – especially at the location where the damage occurs. Our shipping carriers request multiple pictures of the packaging and the damaged item.

C. Obvious Freight Damage

If a shipment is received with obvious freight damage or the carton is obviously damaged, REFUSE the package(s) and contact us immediately.

D. Shipment Damage

Upon acceptance of a shipment, it is your responsibility to open the package(s) immediately and report any damage within 5 days of receipt, in order to be eligible for a claim.

E. Standard blanket order policy

If a Blanket Order is cancelled, 20% Restocking Fee will apply to all product(s) listed on the cancelled Blanket Order that is currently at our warehouse or in transit.

Any blanket order changes, including quantity and ship date, may not be accommodated based on product inventory. A reduced quantity may result in changes in prices and shipping term.

V. Himark USA reserves the right to cancel any blanket orders that have not been released for more than 12 months and apply the 20% restocking fee mentioned above.

F. Order Revision

We will do our best to accommodate all revised purchase orders, however, due to our packaging procedures, we request any changes to the purchase order(s) 3 days prior to the estimated ship date: If any changes are made 48 hours to the estimated ship date, we may not be able to accommodate the request.

G. Prepaid Purchase Order Payment

Payments are due promptly, in order to ship within the expected lead time, all Prepaid Purchase Order(s) payment are due within 5 business days of submitting the Prepaid Purchase Order(s). If prepaid payments are not received within 5 business days, V. Himark (USA), Inc. / Cactus Tape reserves the right to reallocate the items to fulfill other Purchase Orders. Shipping schedules for prepaid orders will be reconfirmed once pre-payments are received.

H. Freight prepaid Minimum

Freight prepaid minimum is based on dollar amount per shipment, except for backorders. Purchase order revisions are required if items are added to a shipment to qualify for freight prepaid. We cannot ship multiple orders together to qualify for freight prepaid.

I. Minimum Order Quantity Surcharge

A surcharge of $50 will be added to orders that are less than $500 (per order).


Warranty, Limited Liability & Remedy

V. Himark USA Products will be free from defects in material for a period of one (1) year from the ship date. V. Himark USA MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. If purchased product(s) is deemed to be defective within the warranty period stated above, your exclusive remedy shall be at V. Himark’s sole discretion, to replace or repair the V. Himark product(s) or refund the purchase price of the product(s). V. Himark USA will not be held liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential loss or damage arising from V. Himark product(s).
